Terms of Service

MET Signal is software plus, on some plans, services performed by us. The plans are:

• MET Signal ($149/mo): monitoring, reporting and recommendations. Work on your website is available as paid add-ons.
• MET Signal Pro ($995/mo): everything in Signal plus a monthly strategy call, action plan, reviewed reports and a monthly work allowance of 1 major + 2 smaller improvements.
• MET Signal Enterprise (from $2,500/mo): everything in Pro with a larger allowance of 2 major + 4 smaller improvements and the scope in your agreement.

Plan limits (locations, keywords, AI questions, competitors, logins) are shown on the pricing page and in your account.

Each calendar month we identify and implement the highest-impact improvements within your allowance. We use judgment about what to work on; the allowance is not a promise of specific deliverables.

• Major improvement: a substantial piece of work such as a new SEO service page, a landing page, an AI search readiness setup, a major page rewrite or a significant local SEO project.
• Smaller improvement: a defined, limited piece of work such as optimizing an existing page, a simple technical fix, Google Business Profile work, schema, internal linking, title and meta changes, an indexing fix, an AI-readiness correction or an FAQ improvement.
• No rollover: unused allowance does not carry into the next month and has no cash value.
• Revisions: each item includes one round of revisions requested within 14 days of delivery. Further rounds count as new work.
• Access: we need the access described in your account (website, Google Business Profile, Analytics, Search Console). If access is missing or delayed, affected work waits and the month's allowance is not extended.
• Beyond the allowance: additional or out-of-scope work is offered as an add-on at the listed price or a written quote, and only starts after you approve it.

Fixed prices for add-on work, and exactly what each one includes, are shown before you request it. Fixed pricing applies to supported websites where MET Signal has the required access. Custom, restricted or unsupported platforms are quoted before work begins.

You approve the price, then pay at approval by card through Stripe. Work is scheduled after payment is confirmed. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Onboarding fees are charged once at the start. Usage add-ons (extra locations, keywords or AI questions) are billed with your plan, prorated when changed mid-cycle. SMS, calls and tracking numbers, where offered, are billed as described in your account.

If a payment fails we will email you. If it remains unpaid, we may pause monitoring and work until it is resolved.

MET Signal and MET Signal Pro are month-to-month. You can cancel at any time from Settings or by emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Enterprise cancellation follows your agreement.

Work already scheduled for the current period may be completed or stopped, at your choice. On cancellation you can ask us for an export of your data; see the Privacy Policy for how long we keep it.

• Subscription and onboarding fees are not refundable for the current period, except where required by law.
• A paid add-on that we have not started can be canceled for a full refund.
• Add-on work that has started or been delivered is not refundable. If something doesn't match its written scope, tell us within 14 days and we will fix it.

Search engines, maps and AI systems are controlled by third parties and change constantly. We do not guarantee rankings, Google Maps positions, placement or mentions in AI answers, traffic, leads or revenue.

Results are measured using each provider's available API/search capabilities. Responses may differ from consumer applications based on model, location, personalization, and product configuration. Attribution and revenue reporting depend on the tracking, CRM data and integrations you provide.

• Give accurate business information and the access needed for the work you request.
• Make sure your website has an appropriate privacy notice and any consent needed for the tracking script and forms you install.
• Only send email or text messages through MET Signal to people who have agreed to receive them, and follow the laws that apply (for example CAN-SPAM and the TCPA).
• Keep your logins secure and tell us about any unauthorized access.

You own your business data and content. Once paid for, the pages and content we create for you are yours. We own the MET Signal software, reports format and methods, and you may use them while your account is active.

MET Signal connects to services such as Google, Stripe, email and SMS providers and AI providers. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and features that depend on them may change or be unavailable.

To the extent allowed by law, MET Signal is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

We may suspend or close an account for non-payment, misuse (including spam or unlawful messaging) or activity that puts the service or others at risk. We will give notice where reasonable.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will email account owners at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use MET Signal after that means you accept the change.
